These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the dbdaje platform and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and dbdaje. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager on our platform.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and dbdaje ("dbdaje", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the dbdaje website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, payment systems, and all associated features and content (collectively, the "Platform").
By completing the registration process, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm and warrant that:
- You have read these Terms in full and understood their content;

These Terms are available in English and apply to all players accessing dbdaje from Bangladesh. In the event of any conflict between a translation and the English version, the English version shall prevail. dbdaje reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, registered players will be notified via email or platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after that notification period constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility and Age Restriction
🔞 18+ Age Policy — Zero Tolerance: dbdaje operates a strict minimum age policy. Players must be 18 years of age or older to register an account, access any game or betting market, or conduct any transaction on the Platform. This policy is enforced without exception. Any account found to be operated by or on behalf of a person under 18 years of age will be permanently closed and all associated funds forfeited.
To be eligible to register and maintain an active account with dbdaje, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:
- Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and consent to dbdaje verifying your age at any point during the lifecycle of your account.
- Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Individuals who have been declared legally incompetent, are under guardianship, or are otherwise restricted from entering contracts are not eligible to use the Platform.
- Single Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active dbdaje account. Creating duplicate accounts, sharing an account, or operating an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and permanent closure of all associated accounts.
- Geographic Eligibility: You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of the Platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. dbdaje makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or appropriate for use in any specific location.
- Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other voluntary or involuntary restriction that would prohibit you from accessing gambling services. Attempting to register or access the Platform while subject to such a restriction is a violation of these Terms.
dbdaje reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by dbdaje will result in account suspension pending resolution. Common verification documents accepted include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority.
Parents and guardians are strongly advised to use parental control tools to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms. dbdaje cooperates with responsible gaming organisations and will act on all verified reports of underage gambling without delay.

Account Registration and Security
To access the full range of dbdaje services — including casino games, sports betting markets, and payment functions — you must register a personal account. By submitting your registration details, you warrant that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account at the time of closure.
Account Security Obligations: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must:
- Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform or service;
- Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members;
- Never allow another person to access your account on your behalf;
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when offered — dbdaje strongly recommends this for all accounts;
- Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device;
- Notify dbdaje immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
dbdaje will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from dbdaje that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team immediately.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: dbdaje operates a mandatory KYC verification process in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations and responsible gaming commitments. Verification may be requested at registration, upon reaching certain deposit thresholds, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any other time at dbdaje's discretion. You must provide satisfactory identity and address documentation within the timeframe specified in the verification request. Processing of withdrawal requests may be paused pending completion of KYC verification.
Account Inactivity: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as inactive. dbdaje reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month to inactive accounts following written notice to the registered email address. If an inactive account balance reaches zero, the account may be permanently closed. Players can reactivate an inactive account by contacting support at [email protected].
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
All financial transactions on the dbdaje platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). dbdaje supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, and cryptocurrency (selected digital assets only). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.
Deposits:
- The minimum deposit amount via mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200;
- The minimum deposit via bank transfer is ৳1,000;
- Deposits are credited to your dbdaje account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider — typically within 60 seconds for mobile wallet deposits;
- dbdaje does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees;
- dbdaje accepts deposits made from payment accounts registered in your own name only. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review.
Withdrawals:
- Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to deposit funds into your dbdaje account;
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile wallet methods and ৳2,000 for bank transfers;
- Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad for fully KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 10 to 30 minutes;
- Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days;
- Withdrawal requests may be delayed or suspended pending completion of KYC verification, anti-fraud review, or compliance checks — dbdaje will communicate the reason for any delay within 24 hours;
- dbdaje reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Anti-Money Laundering: dbdaje is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or the financing of any illegal activity. All transactions are monitored. Deposits that are withdrawn without any or minimal wagering activity will be subject to enhanced scrutiny. dbdaje reserves the right to withhold funds and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with its legal obligations.

Bonuses and Promotions
dbdaje offers a range of promotional offers to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general bonus Terms and any additional specific terms attached to each individual offer. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and offer-specific terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.
General Bonus Conditions:
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the offer. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment account.
- Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other players to exploit bonus mechanics, or using automated software to optimise bonus play — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
Game Rules and Fair Play
dbdaje offers a broad range of gaming products including live casino games, RNG slots, crash games, and sports betting markets. Each product category is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the relevant game or betting interface on the Platform. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before participation.
Random Number Generation: All RNG-based casino games available on the dbdaje platform — including slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and other table games — operate on certified random number generation systems provided by our software partners, including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. - Odds are subject to change up until the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet;
- In-play betting markets are subject to additional terms regarding the timing of bet acceptance relative to real-world match events;
- dbdaje reserves the right to void any bet placed on the basis of an obvious pricing error.
Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, network disruption, or system error that affects the outcome or integrity of a game round or bet, dbdaje reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's account balance. dbdaje is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control. All malfunction decisions are made in good faith and are final.
Responsible Game Play: dbdaje encourages all players to approach gaming as a form of entertainment and to set personal limits consistent with their financial means. The Platform's responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion — are available at all times within the account settings. Players are urged to make use of these tools proactively.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dbdaje platform. Engaging in any of the following behaviours constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant legal authorities:
- Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund an account; misrepresenting your identity or age; or engaging in any form of deception intended to obtain financial advantage from dbdaje or other players;
- Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one dbdaje account, whether under the same name or under a false identity, for any purpose including bonus accumulation, circumventing account restrictions, or evading a self-exclusion;
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hands in live poker or card games, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players;
- Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, including through the use of automated scripts, bots, or coordinated multi-account strategies;
- Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or conducting transactions with no genuine gaming intent for the purpose of obscuring the origin of funds;
- Hacking and Technical Exploitation: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases, or software; introducing malware or other malicious code; or exploiting software bugs or glitches to obtain a financial advantage. Any advantage gained through a software error must be reported to support and will be reversed;
- Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place bets, make decisions, or interact with the Platform in lieu of genuine human play, except where explicitly permitted by dbdaje for a specific game format;
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, dispute, or reversal with a payment provider in respect of a deposit that has been used for wagering. All legitimate disputes regarding transactions must be directed to the dbdaje support team in the first instance.
dbdaje employs sophisticated fraud detection, behaviour analysis, and account monitoring systems. Accounts exhibiting patterns consistent with prohibited conduct will be flagged for review. During an active review, access to withdrawal functions may be temporarily suspended pending investigation. dbdaje's determination as to whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final, subject to any formal dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.
Zero Tolerance: dbdaje operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, multi-accounting, and money laundering. Confirmed violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds. Cases involving potential criminal conduct will be referred to the appropriate authorities.
If you become aware of or suspect any fraudulent activity involving your account or another account on the dbdaje platform, please report it immediately to the support team at [email protected]. All reports are treated in strict confidence.
Account Suspension and Closure
dbdaje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so. Circumstances that may give rise to suspension or closure include but are not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
- Engagement in or reasonable suspicion of any prohibited conduct listed in Section 7;
- Account inactivity as described in Section 3;
- A regulatory, legal, or compliance requirement to do so;
- Responsible gaming grounds, including at the request of the player themselves via the self-exclusion tool.
Player-Initiated Closure: Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the dbdaje support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, dbdaje will process any remaining account balance subject to standard withdrawal terms and pending verification of any outstanding KYC requirements. A closure request submitted under the self-exclusion tool takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the self-exclusion period.
Effect of Closure: Upon account closure — whether initiated by dbdaje or the player — all pending bonus balances, wagering progress, and promotional entitlements are immediately forfeited. Funds representing genuine deposited amounts that have not been used for wagering are subject to refund in accordance with dbdaje's anti-money laundering obligations and standard verification procedures. The timeline for refund processing following account closure is five (5) to ten (10) business days for verified accounts.
Appeals: If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, you may submit a formal appeal by contacting [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Appeal". dbdaje will review all appeals in good faith and respond within ten (10) business days. During the appeal period, account access remains suspended. The outcome of a formal appeal constitutes dbdaje's final administrative decision on the matter.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through the dbdaje support team should be escalated in writing to [email protected]. dbdaje will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and within a reasonable timeframe. Players in Bangladesh retain any statutory rights they may hold under applicable consumer protection legislation regardless of these Terms.
